Street of Malaysia

Hey guys how are you doing. as you walk around Malaysia, what runs through the mind of any passersby? is it safe? or can i easily find my way as i walk through Malaysia especially as a tourist. these are some of the things that we ask ourselves as we left to discover Malaysia for ourselves. i remember my experience when i was first decided to rome Malaysia. i took a taxi to KL, where i payed a lot of money because i had no idea that there were trains to go to Kl central and were a bit cheaper than the taxi. after the taxi ride, i decided to take a walk in KL to look for malls where i can buy clothes and i ended up in Petaling street or china town as they call it here. i was shocked and thought that i was lost and felt like crying but luckily i found someone who could understand me and i asked for directions. the other problem in Malaysia is the language barrier problem, where not many people can communicate in English and hence finding it difficult to interact with the locals.
i foud my way to the monorail station, where i got into the right monorail but ended up at titiwangsa rather than KL central. i asked at the ticket payment point and they told me to board the train again and these time to go back till the end of the rail. i did that and i find myself at KL central. i was thankful and i found my way to the KTM station, atleast there i knew the station i was supposed to go to and i was rather pleased with myself. th eother time i was walking just minding my business and these guy riding a bike stole my bag with all my notes and it is near my midterms and i don't know what i will do now since i don't have my notes. anyway i am hoping for the best. my walk in malaysia has not been thated safe but interesting but i must say that i have learn a lot from being independent and now i can walk in the streets of malaysia without being worried that i will get lost now i am a survivor.

A poem about my self

Hey this is a poem about my self and how my life is and
what i like and dislike its all in this poem about my self.


I have to live with myself and so
I want to be fit for myself to know what am doing,
I want to be able as days go by,
To look at myself straight in the eye,
I don't want to stand with the setting sun
And hate myself for the things I've done.

I don't want to hide on a closet shelf
A lot of secrets about myself,
And fool myself as I come and go
Into thinking that nobody else will know
What kind of girl iam,
I don't want to dress myself in shame.

I want to go with my head erect,
I want to deserve all men's respect
And to stuggle for my life,
I want to be able to like myself.
And to respect my self as well,
I don't want to look at myself and know
That I am a bluster and empty show.

I cannot hide myself from me;
I can see what others can never see;
I know what others can never know,
I cannot fool myself,

Whatever happens, I want to be
Self-respecting and conscience free.

CNY HOLIDAYS

hey people here we are again waz up guys!Hope you had a lovely holiday and enjoyed your self as well in chinese new year today we are going to talk about the chinese new year and how it was,how we enjoyed it with our friends .on my side i enjoyed it and i also had a great time with my friends because it was my first time to celebrate the chinese new year in malaysia and i never had about this event before so i was suprised to see people celebrating the chinese new year on my side i thank God i enjoyed it and also had a short break seriously was happy to have it because it was a time for me to have my rest,studying and also doing some of my assigment because it was a time that my mind got refreshed so i had a lot of time to think on how my assignment were to be done. in the chinese new year i was glad that we had that event because i went out with my friends and we had a lot of fun with my friends as they took me to the places that i have never been there before and it was marverlous. on the same day of the chinese new year i also went to sunway pyramid where people were gathered together and everyone was happy for the holiday.People were celebrating buying differents stuffs for themselves, family and some of them for their friends as well. Also there were some places which were decorated in a different way that it attracted everyone around the pyramid area.And every one seemed to be happy about the chinese new year. during the chinese year i also had dinner with my friends that made my day and was happy and enjoyed it as well. Also in this event some people had their break and went home it was so sad for some of us but all in all we enjoyed at the end of the day.

Racial Harmony

hallow am Halima, discussing about racial issues in Malaysia. at the moment the government is trying to promote satu Malaysia which is trying to unite the Malaysian races to live as one Malaysia. the one Malaysia concept has 8 values which they tend to achieve at the end of the campaign. the values are, perseverance, acceptance, education, integrity, humility, meritocracy, culture of excellence and loyalty. through prime minister Najib efforts trying to unite Malaysians by interacting with them via facebook and1 Malaysia blogs. the idea of Malaysians becoming seems beneficial. the minister is also encouraging young children to participate in the campaign by getting involved with competitions on how to make Malaysia more united. there are certain parties which are willing to mislead people by giving various interpretations of the com\concept of Malaysia 1 preferred achievement according to their perfection. we are confident tat barisan nasional government always does justice to all people regardless of race, religion or ethnicity implementing its development agenda. all the people get proper defense and not ask questions whether one can be more or less.and we can see most of the Indians were migrate to the sub continent to Malaysia follow the extension of British formal rule to the west coast Malaysia states then the Indians populated in the straits settlement in Malaysia so because the Malaysia people wanted to be together. this is a good example of a country practicing racial harmony

Animal rights

Animals in the past have been used in the as guinea pigs in the past. some have gone to the extend of having this animals slaughtered and used as far coats. for example PETA has been actively against people who use animals for experiments or kill them to dress themselves. some of the activists prefer to go naked to save the course. forests have been destroyed trying to catch this animals. elephants rhinos have been hunted for their tusks which is cruelty to them because their tusks are used to make them look beautiful. the hunters who live near forests hunt for animals for food which is wrong because some of these animals are a taboo to some communities and religions. animal testing of lab rats for things like chemicals for hair or makeup makes this animals have reactions to these chemicals or substances. please do not use innocent animals to test products that will be used by human beings, since some of these animals are used for human consumption or when these animals are set free they become dangerous to their partnner animals. animals like a dog which is man's best friend should be treated well and fed regulary, bathed and taken to the vet because they also have needs and require a lot of attention.animals also have rights to be keep in a protecting place because and to be care as well because also animals have some characteriase as human being so they need to be given they right as well.also animals have right to get the best feeds so that they cab survive and we can use them as we and not giving them bad feedin because some of animals give us milk,meat so animals are very important in our life so we need to give them their right.

COLLEGE LIFE

college life who doesn't know about this life???? am somehow glad that i reached up to this point but life here ain't easy!!!but am happy that am in Malaysia i mean not Malaysia bout Taylors university its such a wonderful college!!hey guys you know what i will be telling you everything that happens around me but so far ill just be moving around looking for interesting topics n issues to share with you guys

in college life i had friends that i couped with them and we use to share things together and we use to be happy together so i realized college life is the best place that am suppose to be course people are friendly and we used 2 share materials together so i enjoy the life of college very much.course i thought iam going to get bored but not like what i thought so i enjoy college as well.
